All parts sent to our factory for reconditioning follow a similar path through initial inspection, cleaning, through inspection, reporting and overhaul, this enables the Company to give the best assurances that possible faults will be found.

On their arrival, all parts are marked with a unique identification number this allows full traceability of all the work to be completed. An initial inspection is completed and details recorded followed by cleaning in specialist washing machines that thoroughly clean most components. After this a thorough inspection is then completed which will cover crack detection, a check for bend and twist in the case of connecting rods, borer scope inspection on cylinder heads and calibration of the components, a full report is then composed and sent to the customer for approval prior to any other work being carried out.

On completion all components are preserved and stored ready for despatch, a full and final report is then sent out.
